The villa features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. There is a security system and a safe at the gated property. All the details are taken care of at Villa Sandpiper, with maid service before and after your stay and mid-week. Clean towels and linens are provided. The villa shares one wall with Villa Sandpebble, each with separate pools, grills, and outdoor areas.

The Bedrooms

The Beach and Smith’s Reef
Villa Sandpiper is beachfront at Smith’s Reef. This quiet coast is located near Turtle Cove on the western side of Grace Bay, and is one of the finest beach snorkeling locations on the island. The beach offers clear water and white sand, with a few low patches of limestone in some areas.
Smith’s Reef is an extensive snorkeling site, with spots of reef located just off the beach in some areas, and more complex systems a little further off the shore.
