The South Bank project is being developed by Windward, a Turks and Caicos company. Windward has enriched Providenciales with Blue Cay Estate in Leeward, The Peninsula at Emerald Point, South Bank on Long Bay with its recently launched Arc by Piero Lissoni, and the latest addition to the portfolio, Nivå on Turtle Tail, designed by Swedish architect Magnus Ström.

South Bank Marina
South Bank Marina is a full-service marina that works with visiting luxury yachts and local recreational vessels. The site is home to the Providenciales marine branch of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force, as well as the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund, which is a non-profit organization tasked with protecting reefs and marine life in the islands. The marina provides a wide range of offerings, including fuel, concierge services, and repairs.
Located in Long Bay
Long Bay is a coastal residential region on the southeast of Providenciales. The area supports a low density of homes and rental villas. Long Bay Hills is the interior part of this region, and Long Bay Beach lines the south coast. In Long Bay is the luxury Shore Club resort, and South Bank Marina.
