The private luxury villa is the sole building on a small peninsula surrounded by the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park on three sides. The 200-foot wraparound dock and kayaks offer convenient access to the sparkling lagoon. Soak in the sunshine and unwind on the private dock or walk to the nearby white sandy beach at Taylor Bay. Rockspray was one of the first villas on Providenciales to be built out of native limestone, and has earned local acclaim for its unique architecture.

Accommodations

Rockspray has two bedrooms, both with king beds.

Rockspray offers complete privacy and serenity surrounded by natural beauty in the privacy of its own peninsula. This villa features an open-concept living room, a dining table, and arched doorways that offer stunning ocean views and open onto the upper deck. With minimal boat traffic in the area, you can jump right into the water for a swim or take one of the two kayaks from the villa out for some water adventures. Beautiful Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Beach are within walking or biking distance of the vacation villa.

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Taylor Bay Beach and a short drive from Sapodilla Bay Beach. Sunbathe on the beach, soak up the warm bay breeze, and feel your cares melt away in this tropical paradise.

The Chalk Sound region is an upscale residential community.

Rockspray is located in the Chalk Sound community on the island of Providenciales. This scenic residential area spans the narrow peninsula that separates the Chalk Sound National Park lagoon from the ocean and expansive Caicos Banks. Many upscale homes and vacation villas are found in the area.

Central Grace Bay, where much of the island’s shopping and dining is located, is about a 17-minute drive from Chalk Sound. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is about a 10-minute drive away. Las Brisas Restaurant is located a short drive from the property, and Omar’s Beach Hut and Bugaloo’s Conch Crawl are about a 7-minute drive.
