Noori is the elegant Lobby Lounge Bar and sushi restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos on Grace Bay, Providenciales. Discover a menu of carefully curated cocktails, gourmet burgers, fresh sushi, and appetizers. Noori is open from noon to 10 p.m. daily, and has seating at the bar, terrace tables, and lobby and garden lounge seating.

Noori is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat, or enjoy an evening Caribbean-inspired drink and watch the sunset in a beautiful ambiance. Live entertainment and music is provided on several nights per week.

The Menu

The menu focuses on sushi, yet also offers burgers and a number of light fare and appetizer options. The signature Lobby Burger and salmon tacos are popular menu items. Sushi lovers will enjoy variety of sushi and raw options, including The Ritz-Carlton Roll, which combines tempura shrimp, king crab, cucumber, salmon, avocado, sesame seed, and eel sauce. For vegetarians, the veggie sushi rolls are created from asparagus, cucumber, avocado, roasted red pepper, and aji aioli.

The Raw Bar platter that offers salmon, tuna, eel, and shrimp sashimi and nigiri. The Caicos Bank Seafood Platter is perfect for seafood lovers, with shrimp, oysters, and crab salad. Dessert choices reflect the tropical locale, with rum cake, Caribbean sticky date pudding, and Turon, which is a banana drenched in caramel wrapped in an egg roll drizzled with orange glaze and vanilla ice cream.
