La Koubba is a luxurious seven-bedroom beachfront villa complex at the quiet Sapodilla Bay and Chalk Sound region of Providenciales. This Moroccan-style 8000-square-foot (743 sq m) accommodation offers spectacular views, gated entry, a swimming pool, and plenty of space to relax in.
The La Koubba complex consists of a main house and a single-bedroom guest house, and is suitable for up to 14 people. It’s a great choice for a large family or group.
The villa grounds feature lush tropical trees and greenery, which provides ample shade.
The Bedrooms
The La Koubba main house features two stories, with six bedrooms across both levels. The villa has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
Four bedrooms are found on the upper level, including the master bedroom, and have balconies. Six of the seven bedrooms feature king beds, and one has two twin beds. All have ensuite bathrooms.
The Guest House
The stand-alone guest house is not rented separately when the main house is occupied, yet is available when additional accommodation is required. The guest house offers a single bedroom, and is complete with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette.

The house and bedrooms feature air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a wide range of appliances. Linens are provided, and there is a clothes washer and dryer.
Entertainment and connectivity include a TV in the living room (and in most bedrooms) and fast Wi-Fi. The villa is equipped with a security system.
Outdoor amenities include a gas BBQ grill, beach towels, kayaks, a wide selection of outdoor furniture, and a gated path to the excellent Sapodilla Bay Beach.
Sapodilla Bay Beach
Providenciales is home to a wonderful selection of beaches, and each coast offers a unique atmosphere.
La Koubba is perfectly situated at the northern end of Sapodilla Bay, a small yet sheltered beach that has unusually calm and clear water. Due to the surrounding bluffs and hills, this coast is protected from the typical trade winds, so there are no choppy waves or rough ocean conditions.
Due to its westward-facing direction, Sapodilla Bay is an exquisite place to watch the sunset.
The incredibly-turquoise water and limestone islands of the Chalk Sound National Park are found a short distance from the villa, as is the beautiful Taylor Bay Beach.
