The Menu

The fresh menu at Cove Restaurant and Beach Bar rotates seasonally so is subject to change based on what’s available. Some sample appetizers on the menu include jerk chicken wings - a Turks and Caicos specialty - and tzatziki dip. The salad options range from Thai chicken salad to mixed greens with citrus dressing and classic Caesar salad.

The Cove Restaurant at Sailrock Resort is well-known for its fresh seafood, offering dishes such as cracked Caicos conch, local fish ceviche, fish tacos, crab cakes, island calamari, and the chef’s catch of the day, which includes a grilled local fish, rice and peas, side salad, and a fresh lemon-garlic sauce. The blackened fish tacos come with a chipotle, lime, and cilantro yogurt dressing.

Other popular menu items include the Cuban sandwich with two kinds of pork, BBQ pork burritos, chicken quesadillas, burgers, and pizza. For pizza lovers, there are an array of homemade pizza options, including Margherita pizza, pepperoni, and vegetarian pizza. For vegetarians, the Cove Restaurant and Beach Bar has plenty to offer, including salads, pizza, veggie burgers, and French fries.
