Cocovan Airstream Lounge
Grace Bay Road, Grace Bay, ProvidencialesCocovan is a popular gourmet takeout eatery and the casual counterpart to the famous Coco Bistro restaurant. The restaurant operates out of a vintage 1974 Airstream trailer, and seating is al fresco on picnic tables in a coconut palm grove. The restaurant offers an interesting and different atmosphere from most other eateries on Providenciales.
Reservations for dining at Cocovan are not necessary, and free Wi-Fi is available onsite. Cocovan typically opens for lunch and dinner at 11:00 AM Tuesday to Friday, and from 5:00 PM for dinner on the weekend and Monday.
Cocovan typically offers fast service, yet during busy times the wait can be as long as at a conventional sit-down restaurant.

The Menu
The menu at Cocovan features classic takeout foods that have a gourmet twist, all served in vintage-style paper fast food cartons. Choices are wide and typically include tacos, burger sliders, tortillas, aioli, BBQ ribs or chicken, skewers, egg rolls, and more. The menu does vary, which makes revisits interesting. Vegetarian options are typically available.
The Kid’s Menu at Cocovan includes hot dogs, quesadillas, and a grilled cheese Panini, all served with French fries.
Available drinks include soft drinks, juices, water, local and imported beers, and a wide selection of wine and spirits. Local Turks Head lager and typically one of their special runs are also on tap.
Dessert options are either the Caicos Churros, which are topped with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream, or key lime mousse, which is complete with graham cracker crumbs and cream.
Located in Grace Bay
Cocovan is located in central Grace Bay on Providenciales, and adjacent to the gourmet Coco Bistro restaurant. Several resorts and hotels are within walking distance, including The Oasis at Grace Bay, Grace Bay Club, Villa del Mar, Ocean Club West, Club Med Turkoise, and Royal West Indies Resort.
