The Accommodations

The rooms offer incredible oceanfront views at the villa. The living area includes vaulted timber frame ceilings and clerestory windows with 10-foot sliding glass doors that overlook the pool deck and the turquoise Chalk Sound. The property consists of a main house and a guest house, which both have two floors and comfortable, airy bedrooms. The primary villa offers four bedrooms, and the guest home has one bedroom.

The master bedroom in the main house also has access to a balcony with beautiful views and lounge chairs to bask in the sun and take it all in. There is also an outdoor shower on the master suite balcony. The guest house bedroom offers a private terrace with more brilliant vistas.
