Caicos Café , nestled in the heart of Grace Bay, serves delectable Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Restaurateur Max Oliveri created the restaurant to share the delicious cuisine from his home country of Italy. The restaurant’s menu includes fresh seafood, handmade pasta, rich Italian wines, and delicious homemade Italian desserts. The Menu

The Caicos Café menu includes fresh, locally caught seafood, with shrimps, calamari, clams, mussels, scallop, octopus, salmon, and prawns. The exact seafood offerings may vary based on the fresh catch of the day, which guarantees you the best quality seafood. Seafood menu items include Faroe Islands salmon with pistachio-cranberries and lemon zest relish, a soy citrus sauce, potatoes gratin, and wilted spinach, calamari, and Yellowfin tuna tartare with crushed avocado, corn chips, and a light wasabi-lime Dijon aioli.

If you’re a meat lover, Caicos Café has New York steak, with 12 ounces of Angus beef striploin served with a side of fries, asparagus, herb-spiked butter, and brandy-three peppercorns sauce to complete the experience. The barbecue broiled pork ribs are another popular option, served with a paprika- honey- jalapeno-lime marinade BBQ-bourbon sauce and a side of Caribbean slaw and potatoes gratin.

For vegetarians, you can choose from tasty handmade options such as baked vegetarian lasagna with roasted vegetables, ricotta, a basil-pesto sauce, and tomato coulis Provençale. The homemade potatoes gnocchi drenched in tomato sauce, basil, and shaved parmesan is another delicious vegetarian favorite.

Pair your meal with a fine wine from Italy. The restaurant offers an excellent assortment of Italian wines, with reds, whites, and sparkling options.
