The Atrium is a quiet condo resort located in the Leeward community of Providenciales, and offers studios and one, two, three, and four-bedroom suites. The resort has a very quiet atmosphere, yet’s within a short drive of central Grace Bay.

Suites are complete with air conditioning, a private balcony or patio, kitchens with a full complement of utensils, safe, TV, clothes washer and dryer, and tasteful stone finishing throughout.
Onsite at resort is a large free-flowing pool, free parking, a coffee shop, fitness center, business center, free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, front desk with 24-hour service, hot tub, and a game room.
Nearby Leeward Beach
The beautiful and secluded Leeward Beach is a 10-minute (0.4 mile / 0.65 km) walk from The Atrium. The nearby Stubb’s Point beach access (also known as Pelican Beach or Sunset Beach) is at one of the widest sections of Leeward Beach. The rock jetties at this access can be fun for kids to snorkel as they shelter some small fish, and leading to the west from the access is one of the best stretches of beach in the Turks and Caicos.
Grace Bay Beach
Many Grace Bay Beach accesses are found only minutes by car from the property. The Sandcastles Access (also known as the Ricky’s Access), which is located at the popular beachfront Ricky’s restaurant, is closest, and it’s hard to do better than the sheltered and spectacular beach here.

The Atrium is located in the tranquil Leeward neighborhood of Providenciales, which is primarily home to upscale residences and rental vacation homes.
Not much is within walking distance of the resort other than Blue Haven Marina and its small Market convenience store and deli.
Central Grace Bay, with dining and shopping plazas such as Ports of Call, the Saltmills, and Regent Village, is about a 4-minute drive from Leeward. It’s highly advisable for guests staying at this property to rent a car for the duration of their stay. With a car, a great range of restaurants and shops are just minutes away from the resort, as is the Graceway Gourmet supermarket.
The Providenciales International Airport, where all scheduled international flights to the Turks and Caicos land, is about a 15-minute drive from The Atrium. If you plan to rent a car, it makes sense to pick it up at the airport, as the taxi fares will typically exceed the day’s rental cost.
The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is about a 1 minute drive from the resort, and offers a challenging yet scenic 18-hole course, as well as tennis courts. Visitors are welcome.
